The Center for CHW Excellence is pleased to release the following Requests for Proposals to the Ohio CHW field. The Center for Community Health Worker Excellence (CCHWE) was established in 2024 and is a public-private partnership to support and foster the practice of community health workers and improve access to community health worker services across this state. The Center is governed by Ohio Revised Code section 3701.0212.
